Switches for classic bike electricals

Note:

Flasher units do not only have to correspond to the voltage of the electrical system, but also need to correspond to the powerconsumtion (wattage) of the flasher bulbs to work correctly.

If you use LED flasher you might even have to install additional resistors to get a wattage that makes the flasher units work. Please consult the manual of your LED flasher producer.

A further problem is that most of them do not work correctly in a magneto without battery environment (such as Powerdynamo systems). here you might need a smoothing condenser

Flasher frequency depends heavily on how many watts the bulbs have. Make sure you have the corresponding wattage of your flasher bulbs. Will need in Powerdynamo systems either battery or regulator 73 00 799 50 or condenser 70 22 000 00.
