shipment wishes on parcels to outside EU  
We sometimes get requests such as
  • to address parcels to a PO Box outside the EU (notably Australia)
  • to add invoice with lower than correct price and/or label the shipment as a gift (notably Norway)
  • place parcel behind a bush or in front of a door
  • also we get credit card payments where card name and name of recipient differ (raising fraud suspicions)
We can not ship export parcels (outside EU) to a PO Box
simple reason is that customs service in the receiving country wants to clear the shipment and possibly collect import fees which needs a proper address a PO box does not provide. UPS will refuse to handle a parcel addressed to a PO Box for this reason.
also we can not ship (outside EU) to addresses different to invoice address
simple reason is that customs service in the receiving country wants to clear the shipment and possibly collect import fees from receiver named in invoice. For this reason we clearly write during checkout

Safe Drop a parcel or Redirect it ??

Sorry, we can’t Safe Drop a parcel or Redirect it  if it’s being sent outside EU (because of local c ustoms regulations)
We will not make our invoices or other papers giving lowered values and we will not label shipments as gifts
we will not cheat customs, neither in the receiving country, nor german. we are aware that in some countries there are import fees to be paid by the customer when collecting the parcel and that sometimes things declared as gift are free of duty. but, sorry, our papers will show always correct values. everything else would be criminal.
We are not allowed to execute orders against card payment where ordering and card data mismatch (fraud prevention)
It happens  that customers order via our shop with payment by a credit card showing a name and address differing to the proposed delivery address. In those cases we are not allowed to proceed, or only with additional checks.
