automatically gets a shop discount ! Powerdynamo offers its customers using the Onlineshop a discount on the normal price (usually 5%). (except special offers) The discounted price will be visible shortly before you proceed to payment. At start the shop will show you the standard price. |

The shop greatly helps us to reduce time and effort, it helps to reduce the margin for errors, paymenr is integrated. A thousand reasons for us to incite you, the customer to use the facility - by offering you a discount. Email, or worse, phone or letter orders mean more work for us, tent to lead to more mistakes. Rare in such cases that we do not have to ask back (sometimes more than once) what the customer really wants, what the correct postal address is, how he wants to pay and to facilitate that payment etc. But, this discount is valid for the shop only. We have again and again cases, where customers ask for this discount to be
applied outside shop as well. Argument mostly is such as "it does not
work right now" or "I do not manage now". In short: we are not prepared to hand out this discount outside the shop. After all, it is called shop discount.. |

| Small sidenote: Should the discount be during a short period higher than usual, it will not be retrospectively applied to sales made before. Or do you return to the petrol (gas) station to demand money back because you now see lower prices indicated there? |
