 System generator & ignition with advance & retard control
for early air-cooled Yamaha RD with stock dynamo system with points ignition,  also for liquid-cooled TZ250

In some RD (rare, but happens without that we can explain when) the engine cover no more fits and would have to be milled a little!


Magnet based generator with integrated ignition featuring advance & retards control. Output at 12V/150W DC. Solid state ignition with own power supply from within the system. Replaces old dynamo, points, regulator and ignition coils. No changes on engine casing needed. The system is technically capable of running without battery. Fitting aircooled Yamaha RD (RD250/350/400, DS6/7, R5) with stock dynamo with points (not CDI magneto!) and (early) liquid cooled TZ250.
