The cover of the 125cc is smaller in diameter for the magneto opening. As a result the new rotor will not fit - by a whisker. |

The problem may be helped if you shorten the holder studs of the cover a little as shown in the picture here. The new rotor has 103mm diameter and you should provide for a little clearance.
Make sure not to machine into the screw holes.
