System has just been  installed, bike is geared up for start,
but it will not start or only with great difficulty!
It is most likely that:

#

You have jammed one or more wires under the stator during assembly. Unfortunately a frequent problem notably in systems with inner sensor. More info see here.

#

Some wiring mistake happened or bad contact in plugs was made. Especially earth connections are sensitive (do not rely on frame transfer, older bikes have often a corroded and oily frame surface that hinders contact, use direct earth wires as instructed)

#

There is is a problem in the secondary high tension (HT) circuit, that is HT cables, spark plus caps (notably the resistor there), spark plugs. Especially twin outlet systems are likely to be subjected to such problems. (Particels shortcutting plug electrodes on one plug may prevent the other plug to fire.)
It is not impossible that:

#

There is a shortcut in the switch-off facilities (ignition lock, killswitch, relay, wires related to this have earth contact etc) which blocks ignition.

#

Timing is wrong, due to either wrong positioning of base plate or rotor.

#

We have delivered by accident material electrically not suitable for the application (wrong rotor, stator with wrong sense of revolution - in that case you get no spark at all).
What to to is:

#

Check all wires, plug contacts and all material for possible physical damage.

#

Check HT cables, replace spark plug caps and spark plugs.

#

Disconnect for testing the blue (kill) wire at the ignition coil to exclude any errors in the cut off system.

#

Check timing settings.
