Assembly advise for the system 70 05 799 00 by Frank from the Netherlands!
(email to: frank.bleeker@hetnet.nl)

Better adjust the ignition by a measuring device. The marking at the fly wheel isn't fixed at the motor case (as on later versions) and has to be measured.

The best ignition point is 1.5mm BTDC.

Eventually you have to drill 3 holes in the stator base plate for mounting at the engine.

The mounted ignition coil. Later hidden by the engine cover.

The regulator/rectifier takes place of the taillight throttle.

All ready!

Engine turns!

Now just have to change the 6 Volt bulbs into 12 Volt ones ....

... and the moped is (nearly) as good as new. It runs really more better: unspluttering ... and a lot of light!

Thank you very much to Frank from the Netherlands
for the brilliant photos and the assembly report!
