we are in the south-east of Berlin, near the Tierpark (not to be confused with the Zoo!!)
nearest S-Bahn station is Karlshorst, nearest tube station is Tierpark
from both stations it is still quite some way. On foot some 20 min!!
remark: the street named Am alten Flugplatz ends in the street Strasse am Heizhaus which goes through some garden area. Do not turn there thinking you are surely wrong. You are right, at the end you will find the MOHA commercial park. This is where we are in House 3.

Köpenicker Allee, from this street you turn left  into Am alten Flugplatz, formerly Strasse am Heizhaus
The last end of this street is than called Straße am Heizhaus.
