From old parts only the 3 holder clamps and the cover with its clamp are needed.

NOTE: This is a negative earth system! You will have to reverse polarity.

It has however a special facility to ease starting by making the ignition both magneto and battery based. Will produce strong spark already in very low revs which should definitely be reached by using the handstart facility of the Velorex.
