Often were the turning direction of the rotor marked by arrows on it. But this hasn't be correct every time. (The direction arrows on our rotors shown sometimes in the wrong direction too!)

You can define precisely the rotation direction, by kick the starter of your bike and look for the turning of the rotor. This is a very important fact for ordering an ignition system!
