The Sensor, (not to be found in internal systems) has a standard value of 200 ohms. This value changes rapidly when quickly touched with a metal object. You will not be able to pinpoint the value it changes to, as this is too quick, but there must be a change.
IMPORTANT: Ignition coils, regulator and advance unit (so you have) cannot be tested for resistance value. Please refrain from doing so, you will not get any sensible information, but risk destruction.
