in essence, the main conditions, differing to those regarding private customers are:

• in re-sale our products shall be named as "Powerdynamo products"
• the reseller may use the registered Powerdynamo trademark for the purpose of re-sale for as long as he is a Powerdynamo reseller. Doing so, he does not acquire any legal rights on the trademark however.
• The right of cancellation under the distance sales provisions does not apply to resellers. This does not effect however statuary warranty rights, which remain fully valid.
